Samsung Introduces Smart Wash Business Solutions for Commercial Laundry Operators in PH

MANILA, Philippines — Samsung Electronics Philippines on March 25 rolled out a new lineup of commercial laundry solutions aimed at supporting the growth of the country’s expanding laundry service industry, positioning technology as a key enabler for more efficient and scalable operations.

The company formally launched its Commercial Laundry Washer and Dryer under the Samsung Smart Wash Business Solutions banner during an industry event held at the SMX Convention Center. The launch brought together laundry business owners, industry stakeholders, and prospective entrepreneurs to discuss opportunities in a sector seeing steady demand amid urbanization and shifting consumer lifestyles.

Samsung said the new offering is designed to help operators build modern, technology-driven laundry businesses by improving efficiency, reliability, and long-term sustainability.

Central to the rollout is Samsung’s strategic partnership with CYA Industries Inc., its authorized distributor for commercial laundry systems in the Philippines. Through smart connectivity, users can track machine status in real time, manage operations remotely, and analyze performance data—features aimed at minimizing downtime and supporting better business decisions.

Samsung said its Commercial Laundry Washer and Dryer are engineered to deliver consistent cleaning results while managing water and energy use. The machines incorporate durable components, smart diagnostics for early issue detection, and optimized resource consumption.

These features, Samsung noted, are intended to support longer equipment lifespan, reduced maintenance interruptions, and more sustainable operations—key considerations for commercial users managing multiple machines.
